Four exciting speakers have been confirmed for the spring conference, titled The Engaged Campus: Driving Innovation through Partnership, May 19-21, 2013 at The Dearborn Inn in Dearborn, Michigan. This conference will bring together practitioners across the country to celebrate, drive and highlight innovations in campus community based learning and engagement. High-level comprehensive practice will be emphasized. This conference will engage 300 practitioners, and over 1200 campuses nationwide. The conference will be held May 19-21, 2013 in Dearborn, Michigan and is supported by Ford Motor Company.

These outside the box individuals will well amplify the conference theme of innovation in community based learning and engagement. We are also excited that Renee Zientek (MiCC) has been able to work with Dr. Dan Little, Chancellor at the University of Michigan – Dearborn to present at the conference and highlight his new book, The Future of Diversity: Academic Leaders Reflect on American Higher Education. He is also looking at hosting a special reception for conference participants.
