Endicott Day of Caring Inspires Service

Endicott College’s Day of Caring is a community-wide service event that connects student volunteers with nonprofit organizations to address social issues through special projects or events in the greater Beverly area. Projects focus on areas such as health, families and neighborhoods, seniors, children and youth, and affordable housing. Participation in Day of Caring is open to students, faculty, and staff at the college.

The objectives of Day of Caring are simple: to involve our students and staff in firsthand experiences with area nonprofits to raise awareness of community issues and services, as well as to better understand the impact of their donated dollars. In addition, these activities offer volunteers a great opportunity to get to know faculty and staff (outside of the classroom), agency representatives, and other volunteers in the community.
